About the image

For this shot, I angled the mother’s face up toward the soft natural light peeking through the trees to highlight her stomach and face. I chose to shoot from a low angle through some shrubs to create framing & depth of field as well as to give her a more “powerful” look. (Gown: Chicaboo Ariel in Garnet).
