I had the talented and beautiful Ms. Nikki pose against a white seamless paper backdrop. For lighting, I utilized two strobes equipped with barn doors (note – I haven’t figured out how to display bard doors in my diagram software); one strobe was enhanced with a red gel and the other with a yellow gel to serve as rim lights. Additionally, a strobe with a grid and barn doors, sporting a red gel, was directed at the background to cast a red spotlight. The key light was provided by a strobe with a blue gel. And I have to just add …. I made the dress myself, using a no-sew dress pattern! :)
