This image was crafted to showcase artistry using budget-friendly materials. The balloons cost $10, and the skirt and wrap were made from a red foil tablecloth, also priced at $10. The most expensive item was the corset, which was $15. The shoot was set against a large diffusion material, hung on a backdrop stand with clips, a few feet in front of a white seamless paper backdrop. I placed a strobe on each side, behind the diffusion material, aimed at the white seamless. Both strobes were fitted with blue gels, creating a wrap-around light tinted with blue. The key light was an optical spot directed from about the waist up.
