About the image

I envisioned this shot in my mind but was not sure I would be able to pull it off because this old theatre is on a busy street. So we met early before sun rise and staged the car, got our couple camera ready and then waited for the sun to rise enough to get a good exposure. To make the wedding couple pop, we used one Profoto B10 on manual at 1/8 power. On the flash we diffused the light with a Glow ez Lock 25″ Silver Beauty Dish minus the silver diffusion plate. With my Sony A7RM3 secured to a tripod and the Profoto air remote set to manual I snapped the picture. With the image captured as a RAW file, I had plenty data to work with in post. Using On1 Photo Raw I developed the image into the art piece you see here.
