About the image

Genre:
I placed my subject in front of me about six or seven feet away. I instructed him to look toward the sun. Though the sun was out of view because of a tree. I underexposed for the background about 1.5 stops below a proper exposure. Just enough to get some detail in the landscape and the sky. I popped on the flash at about half power. My Profoto A10 was used with a 24″ MagMod Octabox. My wife was holding the light camera left. I adjusted my lens to shoot at about a 50mm focal length. I instructed my model to have a serious look on his face and to take in the scenery around us. We were at a high vantage point and roughly 7,000 ft. elevation. This was edited in Lightroom. It was originally edited by Imagen but I re-edited the image with my own touch. I mention this in case it is flagged for AI.
