About the image

I photographed this with the Profoto B1 and a 3′ umbrella with a scrim to camera left angled at 45 degrees down to my subject. I had a black v flat behind my subject and to camera right for negative fill, to create the Rembrandt lighting pattern. This was a personal shoot, focused around 1920’s boudoir.
