About the image

Created in my small about 3.50 x 4,50m studio space. The client portrait is reflecting their loving and close connection. The styling is kept simple and monochromatic in order to have the beautiful skin tones glow. The two light setup is contributing to soft but contrasty light. a warm gelled rim-light separates the father from the background which is kept in the same color tones like the outfits. Jewellery is minimum and meaningful pieces of their love. As for expression i directed them towards softness and to show their love and care. HMU is kept natural and soft. All in all the emphasis is put on simplicity and their natural beauty. The retouching is towards a fine art painterly mood leaving their skin irregularities like her stretchmarks intact.
