About the image

For this shot I used a darkly lit wall at the wedding venue with my Canon R6, a Godox V1, purple mag mod gel and a mag mod sphere on a cheetah stand behind the couple. I went to a wedding lighting boot camp and wanted to try what I learned. I asked the couple to stand in front of the wall and I used purple as it was the bride’s favorite color. While not a perfect shot, I was excited to step outside my off camera flash comfort zone and create something unique for my couple.
