About the image

Concept was to create two hard light shadow images (one with spooky arms and one with models simply standing) and then merge in post-production to make the shadows come alive behind the models. This is the final image! It was one of the first times I played with hard light and it was a blast to use the light for dramatic effect. I used a Profoto A2 with a Godox reflector; two black V flats to control spill. Angle was super tricky to get both models in frame with shadows hitting in just the right spot!
