About the image

I had just returned from a vacation trip from NYC. The Broadway show Moulin Rouge was one of the spectacles I got to see. This was inspired by the lead character Satine. The idea was to give the appearance as if she was onstage hence the use of hard light. It was lit with one strobe in a zoom reflector in front and a blue gelled strobe in that back.
