About the image

My oldest daughter enjoys creative makeup, so I asked her to come up something interesting. She did all the makeup herself. This image was captured in camera, no PS or AI magic. I call this image, Mirror Mirror as it reminds me of Snow White. . . the Queen’s magic mirror. It was a one light set up with a Glow Beauty Dish, Flashpoint 600 and a C-stand. The beauty dish was camera right, placed high and angled down. ISO 200, 100mm, f/5.0, 1/800th Canon 5D mark IV and Canon 70-200 2.8 I had a vase of water in front of her face and my youngest daughter squeezed a few drops of 2 different colors of ink into the water.
