About the image

I photographed Elizabeth at Shutterfest 2024 in the Clock Tower hallways. A lot of people photograph here and I wanted it to look different so I employed the use of gels to light up the hallway into a rainbow colors which contrasted well against her blue dress. I used 4 Godox AD200s. One to light her in a Neweer 24×36 softbox on a Manfrotto Nanostand, and then 3 AD200s behind her simply set up on their ends pointed towards the ceiling between the columns on the right. Dialed in the flash power with the Godox XProN trigger on my Nikon Z8 with the Nikon 85mm F1.8 S lens at a distance to get her full length.
