Renee Smetters

I was a 9-1-1 Dispatcher with a 20+ year career when I was "let-go" due to medical reasons. As I've dabbled in photography and photo editing for decades, I decided the fates wanted me to pursue what my heart wanted, and that was to do creative shit. Alas, my aspirations for turning my art into a career have plummeted from the clouds of my dreams due to those same crappy medical issues and now I focus on them as art therapy, to keep my sanity in check. I love creating images from start to finish: from coming up with a concept, creating the "look", from the outfit, to headpieces and accessories, make-up, hair, to the actual photography itself, and posing then on and my favorite, the editing. I'm really into creating strong, bad-ass women.
